Our policies are in place to respect everyone's time and to ensure the best possible experience for both our guests and stylists. Please take a moment to review them before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the policies listed. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.

Kindness & Respect
We ask that all guests and staff treat each other with kindness and respect. Our salon is a positive, welcoming space for everyone, and rude or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Sick Policy
If you are feeling ill, please reschedule your appointment. We want to keep our guest and stylists healthy, and we truly appreciate the consideration.

Adjustments & Refunds
We ask that you live with your hair for 1- 2 days - sometimes it takes a moment to settle and style at home. If adjustments are needed, we are more than happy to make them. We're only human.
Refunds are not offered.

No-Show Policy
No-call, no-show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Cancellations
We totally understand that life happens. We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
