Sick Policy
If you are feeling ill, please reschedule your appointment. We want to keep our guest and stylists healthy, and we truly appreciate the consideration.

Adjustments & Refunds
We ask that you live with your hair for 2-3 days - sometimes it takes a moment to settle and style at home. If adjustments are needed, we are more than happy to make them. We're only human.
Refunds are not offered.

No-Show Policy
No-call, no-show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Cancellations
We totally understand that life happens. We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
